Steinway & Sons, builder of the world’s finest pianos, is excited to announce Ric’key Pageot as the latest addition to its coveted Steinway Artist roster. MadonnaTribe is happy to congratulate them both for the thrilling news.
A pianist, accordionist, producer, composer and music director, Ric’key Pageot is currently on tour with Madonna and her Madame X theatre show. Pageot’s appointment as a Steinway Artist means he joins the likes of Lang Lang, Diana Krall, Yuja Wang, Billy Joel and many more who have pledged to exclusively use Steinway & Sons pianos.
A familiar face to all her fans, Ric’key Pageot has joined Madonna on her past four world tours and was personally sent by the singer to the Steinway & Sons factory in Astoria, NY to handpick a Steinway Model B grand Piano for the Madame X Tour.
When he’s not touring with Madonna, Ric’key is performing with his band Parlor Social, creating a unique genre of music they call Speakeasy-soul/Prohibition Funk. Additionally, Pageot has written and recorded with Earth Wind & Fire, Jill Scott and up-and-coming R&B sensation Justin Parks. He’s also toured with major music icons, such as Diana Ross, Cher and the late Dr. John.
